Graphite Flake
1.Description:
Graphite Flake is a crystalline carbon, natural non-metal mineral. It is iron oxide black or dark gray. It is soft and greasy. It belongs to hexagonal crystal system. Flake graphite is found in metamorphic rocks uniformly distributed through the body of the ore or in concentrated lens shaped pockets. Carbon concentrations vary between 5% and 40%. Graphite flake occurs as a scaly or lamella form in certain metamorphic rocks such as limestone, gneisses and schists.
Special Features:
1) high temperature resistance and anti-thermal shock
2) oxidization resistance
3) anti-corrosion
4) self-lubrication
5) thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity
2. Application:
Graphite flake is widely used as an essential industrial mineral material in almost all industries:
Metallurgical Industrial senior refractories and coatings, materials and stability of the Military Industrialization of the fire, the light pencil batteries, brushless electric industry, the industrial battery electrodes, chemical fertilizers and other industrial catalyst additive
3.Specification:
